Arrival: Guests are welcomed between 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM. Please inform us the day before your arrival if you plan to arrive outside these hours. Prior agreement is necessary for any late or early arrival, and additional charges may apply.
2. Breakfast
Breakfast is served from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
3. Departure
Rooms must be vacated by 11:00 AM so that cleaning can be carried out.
4. Children and Pets Policy:
Due to the presence of an unsecured staircase and pond, we cannot accommodate children under the age of 16.
Pets are not allowed to ensure the peace and tranquility of the premises.
5. Payment Terms:
We accept payments in cash, by check, and credit card.
6. Tourist Tax:
The tourist tax is included in the room price.
7. Stay Rules:
It is forbidden to have meals or consume alcoholic beverages in the rooms. Tables and cutlery are available on the mezzanine.
The entire property is non-smoking. However, ashtrays are available for outdoor use.
Any damage caused in the rooms or common areas may result in the financial liability of the client.
Respect for neighbors is essential, please avoid noise during late hours.
8. Use of Common Areas:
The park is available to guests with garden furniture and a tennis court.
9. Cancellation Conditions:
Free cancellation if the booking is canceled at least 3 days before the arrival date.
If canceled less than 3 days before arrival, a cancellation fee of 150.00 € will be applied.
For any cancellation on the day before arrival, the total amount of the stay is due.
10. Late Bookings:
Bookings made less than 3 days before arrival must be paid in full at the time of booking.
11. Disputes and Complaints:
In case of dispute or complaint, please contact the management directly. We will endeavor to resolve any issue fairly and promptly.
12. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction:
These terms are governed by French law and any dispute relating to these conditions will be subject to the competent jurisdiction in France.
